We understand it can be frustrating when the level of mobile coverage displayed on our checker doesn’t match the experience in your location.

We have a feedback form that allows you to report when you are not getting the level of coverage that the checker is displaying, which is based on predictions from the mobile operators.

While Ofcom is not able to investigate individual complaints, providing feedback is valuable as it can help track where predictions need improvement.
