Decision to amend the Mobile Trading Regulations

On 30 October 2025, we published a statement setting out our decision to amend the Wireless Telegraphy (Mobile Spectrum Trading) Regulations 2011, in order to remove the requirement to pay all instalments of annual licence fees due before a trade. We consider this change could reduce barriers to trading.
